Thought attacks



Have you ever been in a phase when you are just imagining a situation and it just got messier with your thoughts? In fact you imagine all sorts of things which will never gonna happen but you just think it will.
What's the point! Well, only thing which comes after all this non-sense is that your rage increases and you start feeling low and restless. And the worst thing! Maybe because of this you will lose your identity and you end up fighting with someone close to you. Then it will be a very tall order to get things normal right. Then why we always do such things?


Well I am not a psychologist so I don't know the reason but I think we can control this. Generally we do such things when we are feeling alone and don't have anything to do. Suddenly a past event pops up and we go on making it a like a bad dream. Why? Do we have that much free time to focus on such things? No! Then why we should do that. We have lots of work to do in our lives. If even after this we have so much free time why not utilise it to learn something new or different. Music tend to relax our mind. We can learn to play some kind of instrument, a very simple trick to pass your time. Just like that there are loads of things to do.

So just don't let your thoughts to attack you and make you worse. Instead use that experience to make yourself a good person. "A person with a good heart will always be very popular in front of everyone."
